January 19 – 21, 2003. The Interactive Media Institute holds its 1st annual international conference, CyberTherapy 2003: Using Advanced Technologies in the Behavioral, Social, and Neurosciences.

The conference has been held as part of the Medicine Meets Virtual Reality Conference for the past six years, and attracts international clinicians and researchers who are utilizing advanced technologies to provide more effective treatments for the diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of mental health disorders; to provide acess to a wider segment of the population needing care; to empower those who are disabled; and to increase rehabilitation solutions for those who have suffered accidents or injuries.
